Chocoexotica believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
You can cancel your order by contacting Chocoexotica customer care number within 8 hours of placing of order. Your amount after deducting 25% as service charges will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been Shipped / delivered to you.
In order to cancel an order / Product, write an email to [email protected] with your Order no. and reason to cancel the order. We will be sending a confirmation email for the cancelled order.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a credited. You will be notified of the same by email.
Once the order is cancelled the refund will be initiated within 2 days and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to credited the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Chocoexotica.
I have not got the refunded amount even after 10 days, what I must do?
You can write an email to [email protected] with your Order no. and we will take necessary coordination with our payment gateway & your bank to get back the amount.
